I have been building since 1984. In that time I have designed and built custom homes that people live in for decades, rescued projects that other builders walked away from, and worked on everything from a 600 square foot remodel to a 99-home master-planned community. What has not changed is how I approach every project: understand what the client actually wants from the space, design to that reality, and build it to a standard I would be comfortable putting my name on permanently.
That is the only way I know how to work.

Rezidential Development takes on the work most firms decline.

Over four decades Reza has built on some of Southern California's most technically demanding sites - oceanfront lots requiring 30-foot caissons, hillside parcels with massive bedrock excavation, and four-story structures on post-tension slabs with steel moment frames. He has leveled homes that had settled, connected structures that were never designed to meet, and carved 10,000-bottle wine cellars and subterranean garages out of sites that offered no obvious path forward. The portfolio spans single custom homes to 99-home master-planned communities, luxury condominiums in Chicago, and international projects in Azerbaijan and Panama.

If the project is structurally complex, that is where this firm is most useful.

Reza Dadashi personally oversees every Rezidential Development project from design through handoff. There are no project managers between the client and the builder.

Every exceptional home starts with a single conversation.

Our Process

View from inside a modern hotel room looking out over an ocean balcony with two black chairs and a small table, with a palm tree on the right, clear blue sky and water visible.

01

Consultation - Every project begins with a direct conversation with Reza about what the space needs to become and what the site will allow.

Modern house entrance with glass doors, wooden accents, potted plants, and landscaped surroundings at dusk.

02

Design - Plans and construction are developed together, not handed off between separate firms. What gets designed can be built.

Aerial view of a residential construction site with modern white houses, some with large glass windows and balconies, surrounded by trees and greenery. Parts of the yard are under construction with dirt, construction materials, and tools visible.

03

Build - Reza manages the full construction process personally, from permit through subcontractor coordination to daily site oversight.

Modern open-concept living room and kitchen with white and dark gray furniture, a staircase with glass railing, and contemporary decor.

04

Handoff - The project is complete when it meets the standard Reza would put his name on permanently. Not before.
