"I cannot say enough about Reza Dadashi and the team at Rezidential Development.
What started as a feeling that something wasn't right with my home turned into one of the most significant structural discoveries I could have imagined. The front of my home had been settling - shifting forward down the hillside toward the ocean by nearly three inches.
Reza came in, assessed the situation clearly, and told me exactly what needed to happen. When you level a home that has shifted three inches everything moves with it - and it did. Cracks throughout the interior, finishes displaced, walls and surfaces affected from top to bottom.
In under four months, a quarter of my home was rebuilt: Framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, paint, stucco - everything. The interior was repaired and refreshed, and the exterior was updated to a cleaner, more modern facade.
What I didn't expect was how easeful the entire process would feel. Reza is not only technically exceptional - he is artistic, thoughtful, and genuinely budget-conscious.
