3020 Ocean Boulevard sits on the ocean side of the street above Big Corona, with the Newport Harbor jetties to the west and Catalina on the horizon. The surf at the Wedge is visible from the house. It is the front row of Corona del Mar, and the lot is 5,344 square feet of it.

Rezidential Development completed a full interior remodel of the 5,150 square foot home in six months. Five ensuite bedrooms and six and a half baths across three levels, including two primary suites, one facing the water. Work on a street like this one runs on someone else's calendar. Neighbors are close on both sides, the public walk is at the property line, and a coastal lot leaves no room for staging. Six months start to finish on a house of this size is a function of sequencing, not speed.
