This award winning Mark Singer designed contemporary custom home sits on the sweeping bluffs above Dana Point Harbor with unobstructed harbor and ocean views from every primary living space. Rezidential Development took an award-winning 3,150 square foot home and transformed it — adding 450 square feet, two bedrooms, and an elevator while reworking the entire structure from the inside out.

The scope was comprehensive: kitchen and all bathrooms fully upgraded, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC replaced throughout, home automation integrated, and solar installed. The original architecture — double-height ceilings, clerestory windows, polished concrete floors, and a curved fireplace wall — was preserved and elevated. What was already exceptional became permanent.

The result is a 3,600 square foot home that performs at a standard the original construction never reached, with a $3.5M remodel investment that touches every system and every surface.
