The client wanted curves — in the roofline, the balconies, the glass rail, the spa surround, the floor plan itself — and Rezidential Development designed and built every one of them. This is what fully custom actually means: an architectural vision that exists nowhere else, executed from permit set to final finish by the same hand that drew it.

The three-story soft modern estate sits on a hillside above Laguna Beach with panoramic views of the Pacific, Catalina Island, and the city lights below. The signature curved upper floor cantilevers over the living level, wrapping in floor-to-ceiling glass that captures the full coastal panorama from every room. The pool and spa below echo the same curved geometry — nothing on this property is accidental.

Inside, the great room opens to an entertainer's deck with built-in heaters, BBQ, and seating for twelve. The gourmet kitchen includes a wine cellar, bread warmer, coffee station, and center island. The top-floor primary suite delivers endless ocean views, a spa bath with three-head shower, soaking tub, dual sinks, bidet, and a private deck designed for nothing but stillness and sea breeze.
